- We practise losing our own data. If a server dies tonight, everything is back tomorrow — because restoring is rehearsed, not assumed.
- AI features are tested against real examples before every release. The AI cannot quietly get worse.
- We try to break into our own systems the way a thief would — before anyone else gets the chance.
- Everything is written down, and everything is yours — the code, the accounts, the documentation. Any engineer, at any time, can pick up exactly where we left off.
- You hear about problems from us — not from your customers.

My family runs an industrial group — ship recycling and metals, since 1956. The software that runs our own offices — salaries, attendance, hiring — is software I built and look after myself, under exactly the rules above.
